Full Service Lawn Maintenance

  • Includes the mowing of all turf, line trimming of all obstructions, edging of all concrete surfaces and plant beds and the final blow off of all concrete surfaces and window sills.

  • Spraying of weed killer in all open plant beds and concrete/paver cracks. Hand pulling of all bigger weeds and vines.

  • Trimming of all bushes/hedges on the property.

  • Cut back/trimming of all tropical plants, trimming palms up to 18’ and crepe myrtle cut back.

  • The removal of debris (small branches,moss, palm fronds, etc) throughout the property. *Does not include Hurricane or Tropical storm clean up.

  • Removal and mulching of leaves in all turf and garden areas with one hard removal at end of season.
